Match Report |
Here's a side who must be feeling good about their chances of promotion. After taking maximum points in this encounter, the escape plan is coming along nicely. Anthony Green needs his mind jogging. He needs to remember that's what his team should be doing. Jogging. He gives no attention to his increasingly chubby squad's training needs. At every opportunity La Guardia's midfield passed. If this was their passing exam, they'd have passed. There are less suitable formations for La Guardia's squad than 4 3 3, but Tony Mckeown would be advised to ignore those too. One Hamsandwich Town fan grumbling about his team's current manager said "Even my gran could create a less badly knit unit than him!" Luck? Skill? Call it what you like, three points in the bag isn't to be sniffed at and with this result under their belt, La Guardia should finish the season looking rather comfortable. |
