Madubuko Chijioke may have to cancel his Tuesday Pottery class, as giving his team some work on Training Night seems much more important.
Manager Madubuko Chijioke was left with an up hill struggle today with 6 players missing. After today's result they're not going to be popular if they show for training on Tuesday night.
Dwayne Pipes's own goal is was the kind of blunder he'll be having nightmares about for the rest of the season. And all of the next season. And the one after that… yup, that bad.
Grimthorpe Strikers's forwards are starting to resemble a pair of nursery school scissors. They lack any real cutting edge.
Most of Grimthorpe Strikers clearly thought 4 3 3 Attacking was the boss' phone number. Why else did they ignore his formation instructions.
"Obviously, I'm disappointed with the result," admitted manager Madubuko Chijioke after the match. "But we're football people, not poets."
