Match Report |
Steel City Blades won by a nose against Wishing Well Village who burst into tears at the final whistle and took their ball home. Brad Sampson has Steel City Blades running like a well oiled machine. Not even Dinah Sore's primary school teacher would have swallowed the excuse that he missed today's game because he a bad back. A wonderful display of passing by Steel City Blades gave Richard Wallis a 90 minute lesson on where his rigidly long ball coaching is lacking. A test his team, suitably, passed. Wishing Well Village's Richard Wallis experiment with the 5 4 1 Attacking formation is not giving the results he wanted. Maybe he should change it before it blows up in his face. "I just felt for that the whole game, the conditions and taking everything into consideration and everything being equal, and everything is equal, we should have got something from the game," claimed under pressure Wishing Well Village boss Richard Wallis. "But we didn't." Wishing Well Village are doing everything right, all they need to do now is get the scoring more goals than the opposition bit right and they're in business. |
