It was more luck than skill that handed Saiyan Warriors this 3 - 0 win over A.C.Upstreet.
What a tactician Saiyan Warriors manager is. Sure, winning a game of football ain't rocket science, if it were Callum Young would be working at NASA not standing in the rain on a Sunday morning.
Like a cobra, Saiyan Warriors recoiled at A.C.Upstreet's attacks and then struck, catching them visciously and fatally.
What a game for Chris Mass. There was no one else even in the running for Man Of The Match.
"The gaffer told us it was just a case of putting all our eggs into the next 90 minutes," midfielder Winnie Bago explained following the match. "He told us to remember that there are two ways of getting the ball. One is from your own team-mates, and that's the only way."
That a team like Saiyan Warriors can come fitted with cruise control is a nice one. If they can use it every week would be even better. You fear it's not always going to be this easy for them.
