Slim Charles...3 left CSI-Thanet with a mountain to climb after scoring what turned out to the decisive goal with a wonderful chip from 30 yards out.
What a tactician Mobtown FC manager is. Sure, winning a game of football ain't rocket science, if it were Jason A would be working at NASA not standing in the rain on a Sunday morning.
It's going to be a tough job getting back into the team for the 1 players who didn't bother to show up for today's memorable win.
Mobtown FC went on the attack and although CSI-Thanet tried to come back at them on the break they were outclassed.
A desperate tackle in the box by CSI-Thanet's Anna Belknap saw Jimmy McNulty...3*** convert the resulting penalty for Mobtown FC.
CSI-Thanet manager Brian Gilbert told irate fans: "If it wasn't for their goals, Mobtown FC wouldn't have won."
Games this close can often seem cruel on the losers. Bursting into tears at the final whistle and taking their ball home, CSI-Thanet clearly felt hard done by.
