Elizabeth Shue's smash and grab raid on the CSI-Ramsgate goal not only broke the deadlock, but ensured a useful win by scoring after he went through a non-existent gap leaving him with a clear shot for CSI-Thanet. A little less Ball skills and a little more Throw-ins would go a long way to improving CSI-Ramsgate's lot. With both managers sending their teams out to play in a Use Wings style, it would be the one who were on top of it who were always most likely to triumph. Elizabeth Harnois and Cote de Pabo*** picked a fight with the biggest guy in the crowd hoping Jasper Goodhead would end their embarrassment on the pitch. They both took a beating before Jasper Goodhead stepped in and, out of spite, only booked them. The 0th minute change over of Liz Vassey for Eva La Rue, orchestrated by Brian Gilbert, made absolutely no difference to the final result. "Brian Gilbert has the Midas touch at the moment," his midfielder Jorga Fox claimed in a post-match interview. "He's responsible for our golden performances." To talk about bravery seems over-egging things a little, that CSI-Thanet edged it makes them winners but not bravehearts quite yet.
