Match Report

An unlucky Super Imps saw M.I.A take the points with a 1 - 0 win.
The Super Imps fans were calling for the head of manager Richard Flowers after this game. He at least knows where his head is, unlike his arse or elbow.
If this game went on for a week, Super Imps couldn't have put the ball past M.I.A keeper Bernd Leno.
This was end-to-end stuff as Super Imps went on the attack and M.I.A countered beautifully.
James Maddison and Julian Alvarez were both booked for performing the can-can as they lined up in the wall for a free kick.
9 Dan Gleebitz 770 was brought off by Richard Flowers but things refused to get any better.
"The one thing the manager has given us is grit, determination and resolve," claimed M.I.A striker Erling Haaland.
Playing pretty football is all well and good, but if like Super Imps you don't take your chances this league is going to prove to be a bridge too far.
