Match Report |
Some victories are more slender than others. At 2 - 1 things don't get any closer except maybe a draw itself. It's a result that must leave Nanosoft feeling extremely fortunate. And one that finds Touchnplay extremely hard done by. Joe Bradley must be the organ grinder, Touchnplay are certainly playing like monkeys. If it gets any worse it will be his organ in the grinder. A battle of the Longball teams - meant it was quality out on the pitch that counted. Not even the impact of Adam Sapple could give Touchnplay the push they needed to overcome their opponents yesterday. "To be talking about vital games at this stage of the season is ridiculous," said manager Joe Bradley following his team's defeat. "But this game was absolutely vital." Even if Nanosoft did steal victory from under the noses of Touchnplay, a win is a win no matter how sour the grapes. |
