Toe Poke FC may have nicked this encounter with a 2 - 1 win over Great Yarmouth Town , but the opposition must be kicking themselves that they couldn't capitalise in a similar manner.
Ted Fawler must reassess his training methods - he has nothing to lose. Except probably the next game or six.
With both managers sending their teams out to play in a Passing style, it would be the one who were on top of it who were always most likely to triumph.
Dinah Sore was brought off by Ted Fawler but things refused to get any better.
"It was that game that put the Toe Poke FC ship back on the road," grinned their boss Big Toe. after the final whistle.
On the plus side, the wounds from narrow defeats tend to heal quite quickly. Great Yarmouth Town need to pick themselves up and dust themselves down and go out there next time with three points the target.
