Match Report |
In a game that had Letsbe Avinya written all over it, it surely came as little surprise to anyone that they left the field 3 - 0 winners over a sorry-looking CSI-Thanet side. Delia Smith has Letsbe Avinya running like a well oiled machine. Letsbe Avinya had so much possession they made The Exorcist look a vicar's tea party. Keeper 10 Na-wei Past 740 was a blur between the Letsbe Avinya sticks. A clean sheet was never in any doubt. CSI-Thanet were trying to tempt Letsbe Avinya forward so they could catch them on the break but Letsbe Avinya knew what they had to do. So easily did Letsbe Avinya's 10 Na-wei Past 740 deserve his Man Of The Match status this evening, they will be asking him to open supermarkets for days. "What we saw out there today," explained manager Brian Gilbert, "was a continuance of what we have seen most of the season - that is, various clubs beating each other." Luck? Skill? Call it what you like, three points in the bag isn't to be sniffed at and with this result under their belt, Letsbe Avinya should finish the season looking rather comfortable. |
