Some victories are more slender than others. At 1 - 0 things don't get any closer except maybe a draw itself. It's a result that must leave CSI-Broadstairs feeling extremely fortunate. And one that finds Lucys Wanderers extremely hard done by.
Brian Gilbert, eh? What a manager. Played this victory to tactical perfection. Can he keep it up for the rest of the season? We'll see.
Lucys Wanderers looked so unlikely to score that CSI-Broadstairs keeper Sasha Alexander managed a snooze in the second half and still managed to keep a clean sheet.
