Match Report
Green Shield Tornadoes were very good value for this 25 - 3 massacre. At times it looked like they were the only team on the pitch. Unlike We Play Like Girls who couldn't even manage to play with themselves.
Yhael Velez, eh? What a manager. Played this victory to tactical perfection. Can he keep it up for the rest of the season? We'll see.
With 1 players missing from the team, it was a miracle Green Shield Tornadoes took the points. Jesus was spotted leaving just before the final whistle.
We Play Like Girls keeper Player Name 9302 was so bad it was his own team's fans who started the "you're rubbish" chant whenever he took a goal kick.
We Play Like Girls's manager Duncan Parker needs to whip his forwards into shape. Although after todays shocker he would be excused for just whipping them.
Player Name 9316 and Player Name 9307 picked a fight with the biggest guy in the crowd hoping Michael McLintock would end their embarrassment on the pitch. They both took a beating before Michael McLintock stepped in and, out of spite, only booked them.
The animals went into the ark two by two for a very good reason, if there's an explanation why Green Shield Tornadoes go out in 3 2 2 3 formation we're still looking for it.
"What we saw out there today," explained manager Duncan Parker, "was a continuance of what we have seen most of the season - that is, various clubs beating each other."
Even if We Play Like Girls were old folks in disguise, they'd probably have faired better at the hands of the rampant Green Shield Tornadoes scoring machine.
