The Borg dominated The Liverbirds and deserved their 4 - 0 win.
It's not just weights The Liverbirds needs to lift. Their manager needs to lift their spirits in training too. He could start by tinkering with the Sit-ups practice.

You'd have to brick up the The Borg's goal for it to be as safe as it is with this defence in front of it.
