Super Imps kept their heads and produced the display they needed to beat Wyse Guys 3 - 0.
Richard Flowers, eh? What a manager. Played this victory to tactical perfection. Can he keep it up for the rest of the season? We'll see.
Wyse Guys looked so unlikely to score that Super Imps keeper 10 Wanda Ring-Hanz 695 managed a snooze in the second half and still managed to keep a clean sheet.
In a battle of two Attacking teams, the result could have gone either way. In the end it was Super Imps who nicked it.
The animals went into the ark two by two for a very good reason, if there's an explanation why Wyse Guys go out in 4 5 1 formation we're still looking for it.
"We should have won," bawled George Wysocki after being outwitted by Super Imps 's manager. "I didn't think it was possible to underestimate Richard Flowers but I managed it."
Where Super Imps kept their heads to take full marks, Wyse Guys were running round like headless chickens.
