Match Report

We Play Like Girls must take points away from games like this to avoid the inevitable this season. After their latest 29 - 5 defeat it's beginning to look like nothing can save them.
What a tactician Mousey FC manager is. Sure, winning a game of football ain't rocket science, if it were Adam Newton would be working at NASA not standing in the rain on a Sunday morning.
With the amount of possession Mousey FC saw it's a wonder the score was only 29 - 5.
The only hope We Play Like Girls have of turning goalie Hertz Van Hire into a decent keeper is to feed him pies non-stop and hope he puts on enough weight to wedge himself between the posts.
This result reads more like a tennis score than football. We Play Like Girls's defence would have faired better if they'd played the second half with tennis rackets. They were the pits.
A desperate tackle in the box by We Play Like Girls's Mike Hunt saw Jerry Atrics convert the resulting penalty for Mousey FC.
"I don't think We Play Like Girls knew what hit them," striker Jim Nasium told a reporter after the game. "We just pulled the rugs out from under their carpets."
With a mere 29 goals being the difference between the two sides, this wasn't so much a game of football as a successful target practice session for Mousey FC.
