Match Report
Just when you thought that maybe a microscope and a scalpel would be required to separate these sides, Valleys Commandos dug out a winner to take the match 5 - 4 and swipe three points from under the nose of St Kilda Select.
Duncan Ferguson would be more suited to training dogs, He's taught this team just roll over, play dead and start begging from the kick off.
Sheri Cola was absent because he'd just had Sky installed and couldn't tear himself away from a fascinating documentary about whale sex.
Valleys Commandos manager Stuart Clement likes the Attacking game, almost as much as he likes coming up against another team playing it.
Ensuring your best players get to play in their best positions is vital. 4 4 2 Attacking was a good stab, unfortunately for Stuart Clement most of his squad are best on the bench.
"It was a good win for us," offered Valleys Commandos striker Ewan Whatarmy. "The gaffer told us to get out there and really put the cat amongst the bag."
Snatching a winner and sitting on a game until the final whistle is a lessonValleys Commandos could teach St Kilda Select. But first they need to learn about shutting doors before horse has bolted.
